When Jason and I set out to design a series of wading shoes, we
recognized that there would be anglers that needed a shoe at a comfortable
price without sacrificing comfort of fit and safety. The Ultimate Lite is
the perfect answer to these fisher's needs. Constructed with a single
layer of the same rugged materials used in the classic Ultimate Wading
Shoe, the Lite version will take repeated wetting and drying without
cracking or shrinking. The high top blocks gravel entry and gives superb
ankle support, and the full-lace front and gussetted tongue makes putting
on and removing the shoe a simple matter. The one-piece polyester blend
felt sole is not only easily replaced, but bites through the slippery
coating on in-stream rocks to give the angler solid and safe wading
